花粉症？

３月も半ばになりました。

日々の寒暖の差が激しいので，体調を崩されている方もいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。

 

私は，花粉症なのか，風邪なのかわかりませんが（たぶん花粉症），最近，鼻がぐすぐすしたり，くしゃみが出たりして，うっとおしいです。

今日，裁判期日で，担当裁判官から，「花粉症ですか？」と聞かれたので，傍目にみても，様子がおかしいということになりますね。いやだなぁ。

以前は，花粉症のせいで，この時期になると，突然視力が低下し，（眼鏡の度数が，３段階くらいいきなり悪くなる）驚いたことがありました。

この症状については，時期が過ぎると，いつの間にか，視力も戻るので，最近は慣れて，何も思わなくなってきたのですが・・・。

鼻がむずむずするのと，くしゃみ，頭がぼーっとする，という症状が辛いですね。
